Cheesecake in a Jar

Yay! Christmas is just a couple of weeks away. And aside from traffic, the biggest problem for this season is what to gift to give your friends and family. It's an energy-sucking question because there's a lot to consider, like what give to give who, does she have this already, will he like it, aaaaaaand, will this suit my budget???

Hear ye, hear ye! Behold the Cheesecake in a Jar. :)
Strawberry Cheesecake

Blueberry Cheesecake

It is sooo easy to make and no one can resist that feel-good taste of a cheesecake right?! I'm pretty sure everyone who you give this to this Christmas will love it!
You just whip 7 ingredients and it's good to go (well after chilling it for a couple of hours that is, hihi) And did I mention it's a NO-BAKE? *super smile* You can find all the ingredients in the grocery. So win-win!

So here is the recipe!

NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE
Modified recipe from iambaker.net

Ingredients:
8 4oz. wide mouth jars (just like in the pictures above)
16 tablespoons Grahams Crackers Crushed
6 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
7 oz Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (can be modified to taste)
2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
Filling of choice--Strawberry, Blueberry, Mango, etc.

Method:
1. Put 2 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers on each of the jars. Set aside.
2. Cream the cream cheese and vanilla using a mixer.
3. Add the condensed milk, lemon juice, and heavy cream.
4. Mix until creamy and smooth.
5. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the crushed grahams.
6. Top with preferred filling.
7. Chill for at least 2 hours to set.
8. Enjoy!

This is very easy to make and really yummy! It will definitely make your loved ones' Christmas extra special. You can also decorate the jar, put some holiday sticker on the cap or use twine to hold the spoon. Your gift, your call. :p

Do try this recipe and don't forget to send me a feedback! ;)

Happy Holidays!!!
